Colin was appointed by their Development Division to review the way in which they manage their marketing communications for its $12 billion residential portfolio across five States.
After an extensive review he recommended a new model which will best serve Stockland's current and future needs. Colin assisted Stockland in the implemention of this new model with agencies GPY&R, Cummins, Meerkats, Leo Burnett, Love and Brave New World being appointed.
Colin also advised the Shopping Centre Division on the appointment of a new agency (MJW), and he advised on the appointment of Principals as the corporate brand consultants.
